The views from both the rooms and restuarant were stunning. The staff were wonderful, particularly Ignacio, who spent two hours on the phone helping us out with our travel problems due to the ash cloud - he was star! The rooms were large and the beds were very comfortable.

This is not a complaint but we did have some difficulty finding the hotel as it was getting dark when we arrived and the map we had was not very accurate.

The view is great, the rooms are nicely equipped, spa complex is very nice, and the staff is tip-top

Location is far from everything, don't stay there if you have no car! Using bus is a pain...the breakfast is very poor, this is common for Argentina, but for this price they could try harder...charging extra for eggs is not really nice ass well.

Staff service was more than great, views from hotel and rooms are unique and unpayable; I recommend it and I will back if I can.

Location provides a unique view but is a little bit far from town, I recommend to request transfer with the hotel or as we did rent a car.
